We have been using the Supply Theme for about 3 years now and there is a really annoying bug in the dropdown menu of the mobile version. How often is it recommended you update to a new supported theme, since the Supply Theme is sunset (old)?
We can contact an expert to adjust the bug on the menu, but should we take into consideration updating to a new theme instead of staying with the sunset Supply Theme.
I would appreciate the feedback.

You may want to check with the developers of your theme, maybe the new version fixes that annoying bug? If you don’t have any/many customizations (custom programming) of the theme then updating it shouldn’t be too big of a problem (that being said I am not familiar with that theme and moving from the old theme to the new online-shop 2.0 could be a bit of a hassle).
Before you update consider the benefits against the drawbacks… If its difficult to update it will probably cost a bit more to have someone upgrade it for you.
