Show a modal of text input up on selecting a specific variation from dropdown

Hello,

I want to show a text input field or modal upon selecting a specific variation from the dropdown list on the product page and later include the user input in the order email and in order on shopify.

I want a text field where buyer should enter his measurement if he select custom from the size variation dropdown list.
