Show main Product Image instead of Variation Image in Checkout

I have added individual images for all Product Variations. When user adds product to cart and checkout I want to show the “Main Product Image” instead of the selected variation image.

Is there a way to do that as this?

As this is quite confusing for the end User because the main image is of a Paint Bucket & rest of variations are of some Wall or Home with selected Color applied on it.
