I want to show product variants in my featured collection on homepage. Right now it only shows the 2 different main products I have under the collection. But I want it to show all the different variants (colors) I have.

Dawn theme. And I have already coded in that in collection it is showing variations as seperate products.

You have two products with variants, and you want each variant to displayed as a product in your featured collection on the homepage.
This should help:
Try to add each variant as a diferent product under the collection you are featuring, soomething like
GoBlender 3.0 - Single Portable Smoothie Blender# GoBlender 3.0 - DuoPortable Smoothie Blender
Each of the above as a separate product in yyy collection
If I do this. How Can I then show all the variants on the product page when a customer click on one of the ‘new’ products?
i want to show every color avaible on the product page too
that’s simple, each product you create should have the variants just like the current product you have, it’s a lot of duplication but since you only have two products at the moment, it’s not a lot of work

You can customize the settings per collection to show or hide specific variants, filter variants, or separate them by specific options. For example, you can create a “Gold” collection and display only gold-related variants.
