I’ve got 2 products selling in 8 countries. In all other countries visiting product pages returns “404 Page not found”.
I’d like to:

Show all products on the home page, regardless of user country

Mark product as “coming soon” so that user can still see the product page but can’t order
-
Allow users to join a per-country waitlist so that I have good data which countries to prioritize and who to notify on launch
