I am setting up a webstore that will offer both paid shipping options and a free pickup option to customers. Pickup is from one location only, and shipping costs vary based on weight and express vs standard.
Is there a way to update the checkout UX so that instead of forcing a choice between pickup and shipping with no context of price (the default option)…:

It feels like this should be fairly easy to achieve, but I can’t see a good way so far…
