Show specific collections to specific customers

Hi, in our shop we create specific collections for specific customers for backordering and what I thought what I could do is create a page and show the collection that has the same id as customers.tags . I’m wondering if anyone has an idea how to implement that. I would give the collection the same name as the Tag that i’d assign to the specific customer. So at the end if the customer goes on that page it would show his collection with his products.
