Hi there! I hope this is the right board I am posting to - I’m curious to know if anyone can help direct me on how to make the video thumbnail appear in the product gallery instead of a generic gray box. I am using the Capital Theme by Eight Themes. Any ideas or tips?

You can add the video to product media as I did here (https://prnt.sc/LdAyrt-JSyC7). Then choose to enable video looping in the customize product detail section like this (https://prnt.sc/1eQR-dGSADPI).
After that, the video thumbnail will appear in the product gallery.
