How can i showcase free shipping next to the price, ideally in the same line, but completely to the right. This is is the only product on which it should be highlighted.

Modifying price displays are advanced theme customization to do properly with file modifications.
To diy SEARCH the forums for the theme name + message next to price or other keywords.
e.g. Search results for 'dawn text next to price'
Possibly doable with a CSS band-aid with pseudo content depending business logic, content needs, and theme etc etc etc
