We are having a challenge of different prices being shown to different people. All in the USA and nothing has changed on our end. One person said she was looking at the product and refreshed her screen and it went up $35. We aren’t sure what is going on. Can’t find help from shopify at all. Super frustrating when we have millions of dollars in sales and can’t get help. Any assistance or thoughts why or how this could be happening? When we look we see the correct price. The pics I uploaded are the same product both customers in the same area in the USA. (Can’t seem to upload my photos but one is $110 and one is the regular price of what it’s supposed to be $74.97) We questioned if the customers were somehow getting the Canadian pricing but we had them go to other shopify stores to check prices and they worked fine. It was just us coming up different for them.
