I have installed a theme called Chewy and there is a wishlist function.
the function works well, however, it shows the last image of the product added to the wishlist, instead of the featured image (first image).
Could anyone help so it would show the featured image instead?

about your issue, that need getting handle and check in the code directly, so i think if you don’t familiar with code, you need contact with theme developer or expert Shopify ask help.
