Shopify shut our store without any notice right before Christmas sales period, after we put lots of money into marketing campaigns, now everyone knows about it.
We have been solving this issue with support for 2 weeks without any progress at all, keep replying with same contents about unlicensed theme, even we provided all the theme purchased evidences.
Meanwhile, we cannot get support from theme developer, coz the shop is inactive now, it is dead loop between shopify and developer…
