Can anyone help me the bot does not work stopped working the minute i paid for the shopify service worked until they got you for money then nothing i can get to a real human i have done all the recommendations for asking for a human to twitter etc noting how can this comepany just take people for so much money and never respond or help when its needed at least help get people to be able to use the help bot i have cleared cashe ive emailed messaged reloaded you name it nothing always says the same thing error no matter where or what i try PLEASE SEND HELP
Yeah the support bot loop is super frustrating. Usually when it throws an error like that, it’s a browser extension or ad blocker interfering with the chat widget.
Try opening the Help Center in a completely private/incognito window with all extensions disabled. Once the bot loads, just type “contact support” or “human” a few times in a row. It should eventually give you the button to open a live chat or leave an email.
If that still fails, try doing it from your phone’s browser on cellular data instead of wifi. Sometimes network firewalls block the chat script.
