That is a very frustrating situation, especially when the support bot isn’t working.
To bypass the AI and get to a human, go to the Shopify Help Center. When the chatbot starts, don’t explain your problem. Instead, just type “talk to a human” or “contact support agent” and send it. Keep repeating this until it gives you an option for a live chat or email.
This is the most direct way to get into a queue for a person. As a backup, you can send a public message to @ShopifySupport on X (Twitter), as they can often help create a support ticket for you.
