Signup Newsletter Landing Page - Dawn Theme

Hi there,

I switched from Debut to Dawn.

On Debut, I had a perfectly working Signup Landin Page, just following the steps on this guide:

Unfortunately if I make the same on Dawn the result doesn’t look correct.

Any Idea on how to make this work?
