Simple settings I don't know how to fix

Our company does NOT use a Shopify store, but we do use code embed snippets in our HTML pages hosted on another site for Add to Cart, View Cart, etc., and we use all functions to manage and ship orders in Shopify.

But we DO have a theme we’re working on. Because that theme exists as our Shopify Online Store, we have problems with notifications. Example: emailed order confirmations are delivered with View Your Order and Visit Our Store. The Visit Our Store links to our theme that is under construction, and is confusing our customers, because, of course, it’s a site that doesn’t even work.

How do we change the Visit Our Store link to our live website instead of the theme in our Shopify library?

In your case, you should edit the order notification’s email and remove the online store links from the template.

Templates can be accessed from Settings → Notification
