My site is displaying an unwanted code at the bottom of my footer as you can see pictured. How do i remove this?

You have to do it yourself. Remove that code from where you have written it.It will be correct.
I didnt write this in as a code. Im not sure where it came from. Is there any easy way to find it?
This is an internal work, it cannot be done from outside. It has to be removed from the codon.
Can you help from inside?

Go to theme.liquid file at bottom and find tag
and delete code.
