A user is unable to access their Shopify store (bestpetstoday.com), receiving timeout errors across multiple devices including desktop and iPhone. Network diagnostics show a connection timeout error code.

Status: The issue appears to be an SSL provisioning delay rather than a network problem on the user’s end.
Get an error message saying " This site can’t be reached -bestpetstoday.com took too long to respond" I checked Windows Network Diagnostics ( running Windows 10) and found nothing wrong with the network on my end. This happened whether I tried to access from the desktop computer or from my iPhone.
The error code is ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

The error message Your connection to this site is not secure indicates that the website that you’re trying to access does not have a valid SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate installed. SSL certificates are used to encrypt the data transmitted between your browser and the website, ensuring that sensitive information remains private and secure.
You acquire an SSL certificate when you connect your third-party domain to Shopify by changing your A record and CNAME record to point to Shopify. It may take up to 48 hours for the SSL certificate to be issued. During that time, an SSL Unavailable error might be displayed in your Shopify admin. If your store still displays a security error after more than 48 hours, I recommend getting in touch with our team by creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center.
