Site Performance weakens every other day

I’m noticing a severe slowdown in sales when I have multiple visitors from Ashburn VA who spend an inordinate amount of time on my site.

It’s very interesting a primary server farm for Shopify is in Ashburn VA.

And it’s owned by Amazon.
