Site redesign according to suggestions from last post and a big SEO problem

Store URL

Store description

Hi there, last I posted here I asked you guys to review my store , you guys gave me a lot of recommendations and I finished redesigning my store , accordding to your most common notes about the old design, added a blog section, explainatory videos, descriptions and etc. pls check both on pc and on mobile. Now I have a big issue, on March 26 I got TLS certificate for my domain and organic traffic started coming in after that day I was having 80-120 visitors a day from google search , everything was great statistics were good 3min+ average in site, very low bounce rates and all that data was showing on google analytics, but on April 17 traffic just stopped overnight, tried everything to check myself no security removal issue, no manual action, nothing… just a 0 overnight.

What feedback do you want?

Can you pls check the new design and help me with SEO problem , I know enough to troubleshoot myself but nothing is working honestly, and to some wanna be shopify partners who suggest to bring a 1k a day after paying them 200$ just stay away , dont waste my time, I already blocked couple of wanna bes, people even steal identities of famous store designers beware..

Have you checked your Google accounts? Sounds like an issue with Google.

Did you change anything on Apr 17, or did it just happen by itself?

What percentage of the previous visitors were converting?

Overall I would improve the following as well:

  1. The hero section sells a feeling, but not the product, so a first-time visitor has to scroll to learn it is a digital picture frame with WiFi.
  2. The mobile CTA situation is weak because the add-to-cart path is not visible in the first screen, and the cookie popup covers the product intro.
  3. The trust badge row at the bottom is too far below the fold, while the FAQ accordion sits before stronger shipping and setup proof, which makes the page feel backwards.
  4. The review cards help, but the testimonial section needs a review count or verified label near the product title, not buried after multiple product blocks.

yes nothing there

search console showing nor securty removal nor manual action and all sites are indexed.

I did not change anything, no conversion but there were some add to cart and some even reached checkout.

the redesign looks solid, and digital picture frames are a great gift niche. the fact that people are reaching checkout but not converting tells me there’s a trust or value gap right at the finish line. for a product like this, people need to see it in a real home setting to picture giving it as a gift.

we use Prodofoto to generate those kinds of lifestyle room shots from standard product photos. for a gift product like a digital frame, showing it on a nightstand, a kitchen counter, a grandparent’s living room shelf hits way different than a product-on-white shot. it answers the “where would this actually go” question that gift buyers are always asking themselves.

Hi @Karen_0,

Two separate things worth addressing here, because the SEO problem and the conversion problem have different causes.

On the traffic drop: a complete overnight loss on April 17 with no manual action and no indexing issue usually points to one of a few things. First, check if your sitemap was resubmitted or if any canonicalization changed around that date. Second, look in Search Console for a coverage change, specifically if any pages shifted from “valid” to “crawled but not indexed.” Third, look at the Core Web Vitals report for any spike in poor scores around April 17. A drop of this severity without a manual action is usually a quality signal change, sometimes triggered by a page experience issue that surfaced gradually.

On the conversion gap: people reaching checkout but not completing usually comes down to payment trust. Digital frames are a considered purchase at gift-giving price points. Buyers need to feel confident about return policy, warranty, and who they are buying from. A clear “30-day return, 1-year warranty, ships from [location]” statement next to the add-to-cart button, plus a page or section explaining who Timebox is, would move the needle more than any design change.

One angle neither issue covers yet: digital picture frames with Frameo compatibility are a specific category with real AI search demand. When someone asks ChatGPT “best Frameo-compatible digital frame for parents” your store should be in that answer. Right now that visibility depends on your product descriptions clearly stating Frameo compatibility, the app pairing experience, and who the frame is for. That content lives on your product pages and doubles as conversion copy. Getting AI-search-ready here does not require extra work, just rewriting the product copy to answer those questions directly.
