Good Morning Everyone, I’m trying to connect an account to Dropstream but when I type in the URL I and press test connection I get the following error from Dropstream’s end “Could not connect to server. Please check that the URL can be resolved or check the help documentation.” I’ve contacted Dropstream’s Support staff and they said it’s most likely on Shopify’s end or that the client needs to whitelist Dropstream’s IP. If anyone here has had a similar experience and knows how to help I’d appreciate it immensely.
