Size Chart, Delivery, Ask modules in the Kalles theme

I use the Kalles theme. When I connect the page to the Size Chart, Delivery, Ask modules and click to use it, the page turns black and Ask cannot be used. What is the problem?

Try following:

Check for Theme Updates
Clear Cache
Disable Other Apps
Check for JavaScript conflicts
Check the theme settings for these modules within the Kalles theme settings
