Hi All, about to launch a new site. Just require a skill based question on the product page. Needs to be a simple multiple choice question but needs to be answered correctly in order to add the item to basket? Does anyone know how it’s done, any examples on Shopify or an app to creat this? Thanks, tried to explain the best I can, similar to that of the attached image.

There will be no section that supports this. If you want customization, you should hire a developer to achieve your desired result.

This can be done via custom APP or custom code in liquid where Add to cart CTA will be available only if user qualify with the test.
You need a Developer to achieve this, let me know if you are interested.
