I want to know is it capable to maintain two SKUs for same product. One to address in the Shopify POS and other SKU is supplier SKU to order the product and create Purchase orders in Shopify.

When you create different SKUs for a product, Shopify treats them as separate products. To manage this more effectively, consider using Easify Inventory Sync app to group all SKUs of your product into a single inventory group. This way, you can set a shared inventory level for all SKUs, and when one SKU is purchased, the inventory for the other SKUs will be automatically updated
