Skyscraper and landscape banner images not displaying

Hi community,

I have an issue with images not showing in files uploads, when I try to upload a 768x90px banner, the same occurs with skyscraper images from an advertiser that we are affiliated with, I’ve changed format and tried resizing in gimp etc. The only solution is to take a screenshot and then crop it to upload it but this is not ideal.

Any help appreciated, screen shot attached, you can see below the empty image files that the image named screenshot has uploaded but none above.

Hi Ketan, thanks for replying, the url is www.menudogg.com however because the images didn’t load to my files I didn’t add them to the site but here is the screenshot again since the URL for snipboard didn’t attach last time.
