Enabling Order Confirmation Emails in Native Languages (Shopify Plus)
Hi Shopify Plus Team,
Our client base operates in various regions, and a significant challenge we’re facing is the inability to send order confirmation emails in their native languages by default within Shopify Plus. This language barrier creates confusion and hinders the customer experience.
We understand Shopify offers limited native language support for emails. However, we’d like to inquire:
Are there any workarounds or custom development solutions to enable native language order confirmations for Shopify Plus merchants?
Is there a roadmap for introducing broader native language support for email templates within Shopify Plus in the future?
Many of our clients are experiencing issues due to this limitation. Having native language support for order confirmations would significantly improve the customer experience and cater to a wider audience.
