Slick Slider Carousel CMS Refreshing Issue

Hi All

We have built in a Slick Slider in to a site and section blocks. Which all works just fine. However, in the CMS (Customise Theme) when you add a new slide the slider breaks into stacked elements, until it is saved and the code is refreshed to align the new slides. Has anyone experienced this? And if so what is the workaround to refresh the script to keep the carousel functions in the editor without the need to save?
