Slideshow Arrows Are Not Showing On Mobile Product Page

Hi, I´ve been trying to activate the navigation arrows in my shopify carousel in mobile mode but they dont seem to work or appear by any means, I have activated the arrow option in the code by typing it to true or to activate in the builder mode but none seem to work, I need the arrows to show beacuse many of my clients dont know that it is a carousel

This is in my product page, only on mobile mode

Supposedly it the slider is get by ‘Variant Image Automator’ app. So if you want to add button, you need to contact app, they will help you to check it. But they told me it was a code issue. Dont know what to do.

i checked and see each time click to thumbnail, and the code js showing error

, so the first you need check in js file regarding slider. then if when you fixed the js issue, if the arrow not showing so the problem is css.
