Slideshow crop a PNG to mobile version (Dawn Theme)

Hey Guys,

I have a Slideshow on my Page but i realized i cant choose which frame it will show on Mobile Version.

So Basically I Want only the Red Frame on the mobile version & the rest on desktop version (Original sizing)

It’s exactly one third if thats relevant.

Okay and how am i going to fix it in dawn theme? There must be a code solution for Image sizing somehow
