Slow download with "Digital Downloads" and ISP Telekom

Hello,

more and more costumers are complaining about very slow (1,5 MB in 30 minutes) downloads of certain digital products.

All of the customers I asked, do have the German internet service provider Telekom. They also tried to use another browser or device - it didn’t help. Using the mobile internet connection did help.

What can I do about this? Reuploading the Documents didn’t help.

Hi,

I’m having the same problem.

Running a promotion, having many downloads without a problem or complaints. 1.5GB file, with Digital Downloads.

However 3 customers from Germany had problems with the download being way too slow or even not completing.

Could it be an issue with Digital Downloads servers and Germany??
