Hey guys
I just started my Onlineshop on Shopify - I did some sales and wanted to scale my business. I just woke up today to see a DMCA in from a big ecommerce website (selling a similar product)
In the DMCA they are saying we used the same text which is impossible - I did write my own text in German language and the website is completely in english i even did not know the website existed before the DMCA
They continue to blatantly lie that we took videos - I do not use any kind of videos on our website
And that we took the product pictures. I created my own product pictures aswell.
Than they attached a fake patent and Shopify just took my whole product down. They said i can repost it in 3 weeks again.
Is this the normal procedure here on Shopify? I switched from Woocommerce in where i did over 2 million in sales monthly and i never got such a problem. I also got a call for Shopify Plus in some days and i dont know how to proceed from here on.
