Such a specific list like that can be a hard fit for something off the shelf and can indicate having to build a custom-app, dashboard, or several apps.
Or making some spreadsheet based workflows.
If you care about the GUI for custom processes and automation especially for custom inventory sync scenarios see the mechanic app
For lowcode dashboards see a service like retool, or a table based tool like airtable and it’s shopify-integration app airplay , etc
If the “parts” somehow do end up needing to be published to the online-sales channel because of backend app choices but you do need them to not be viewable by customers see the locksmith app for gating/hiding products ; also made by the mechanic app devs lightward.
You might want to consider using the Easify Inventory Sync app, which allows you to create bundle inventory groups to connect inventory between the products sold on the storefront and the parts that are not visible but are created for tracking purposes.
For example, if you have a product A that includes Part 1, 2, and 3, you can create a bundle group with product A as the Master product and Parts 1, 2, and 3 as Component products. You can also set specific quantities for Parts 1, 2, and 3 that contribute to creating product A.
As a result, when product A is purchased, the inventories of Parts 1, 2, and 3 in your Shopify admin will be deducted by the preset quantities they contribute to the bundle.
Conversely, you can also enable a feature to automatically calculate the quantity of product A available for sale based on the quantities of Parts 1, 2, and 3.
I hope you give the app a try! Feel free to reach out to the Easify team if you need any help with the setup.
