Smart Shipping Rates to display to customers

Hi,

I’m looking for an app that will choose the cheapest shipping rate from a provided methods and display it for the customer with applying some rules

More clarification:

We use FedEx & UPS for shipping..

We want to display only 3 methods to customers to choose from, based on the delivary time

But eachone of these 3, has many options (can be more than one shipping method)

so the app chold choose the cheapest one to display to customer

As example:

For the first shipping option that should be displaying to customers, it should be UPS ground or FedEx ground (the cheapest) based on

  • order weight

  • And destination

  • And the real time rate using our integated accounts

Can I find this smart app? Any suggestions please?
