Smart Vendor POS to Shopify Website third party app API key

Hi there,

We are currently using the Smart Vendor POS System, and a Shopify Website.

So the two 2 can talk to each other we use a third party app called Smart Vendor eStore 360.

We are trying to test out the Shopify POS but there is some concern that testing it out might break the API Key that the app uses.

Unfortunately this would not be an easy fix because Smart Vendor has told us that they wouldn’t provide us with a new API key to our existing POS System and that we would have to move to the newest version of the program for $2000.

We need a definitive answer so we can safely test out the Shopify POS.

Please advise.
