I already installed it. However, upon checking at webhook log, it is only triggering if customers opt-in/consent to marketing SMSes. It does not trigger when customers opt-out/does not consent to marketing SMSes.
Hey @fatin1 - thanks for getting in touch. I checked this on my end and can confirm the the webhook should trigger when a customer opts out of/unsubscribes from SMS marketing consent. In this case, if you’re able to share a webhook ID for a webhook subscription connected to your app and the shop, we can use that to take a look at the logs on our end to investigate further.
