I’m pretty sure this is a product salesperson reaching out to you to see if you would be interested in a consultation. A quick Google search of “snowdevil” doesn’t bring anything relevant up. It’s possible the other person used an app to translate from their native language to English which is why the wording sounds awkward to me.
The other possibility is that it’s a scam message so it’s safe to not reply. If you would like some feedback on your site, let me know and I can take a look!

Hello @xSon My honest advice would be to simply ignore such messages. If you are however worried about your store having such an issue, then you should find a certified Shopify developer with a certified identity and track record to take a look at it for you.
