SO WEIRD! HREF A TAG (FOR LINK WHEN IMAGE IS CLICKED) CREATING A LINE AROUND IMAGE ONLY IN SAFARI???

Ive played with border:none; outline: none; everywhere, I dont think it has anything to do with borders. When I move the banner__media css to the left it moves the line only, so must be something with this? HOW TO FIX THIS PLEASE IVE BEEN MESSING WITH THIS FOR DAYS I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
