I’m looking for a method to automise the payment received process when a customer uses Sofort as payment method. Currently the customers need to wait for up to 7-14 days for their order to be completed. To ensure a smooth and fast delivery to the customer I want to implement a process that switches the payment status from “pending” to “paid” so that the fulfilment partner can begin shipping, while the payment is still processed by Sofort.
Please help me
