Even tho I do have in my inventory 1 item available and in my draft website shows as available in my live shopify it shows as sold out.
Didn’t work. So frustrating.
One thing not mentioned above – you seem to have markets setup.
With markets you may have separate catalogs for each market and looks like you do.
I’ve played on your [“Available artwork”] (Shop artwork – Monique Matheus) link collection and it only shows one item when I select “Canada” in market selection drop-down.
So, check your catalogs!

Please check the market stock on the live store.
That didn’t fix. Now I changed a few things including “sell out when out of stock” set as ON which isn’t ideal but it’s ok to test.
If I click on Add to cart. I get the message: “The product ‘Where we meet’ is already sold out.”
Catalog is “responsible” for showing products on online store. Does not yet mean they are sellable.
To ensure your visitors can add items to carts you need to
- assign location which can sell to these markets;;
- assign products to these location;
- ensure there is stock at this location (or have “sell when OOS” as you did).
But you need to have a location in your store which will serve these areas and your products should be assigned to this location to be sellable there.
Do you have these products assigned to a shipping profile that allows shipping? If there is no shipping profile with shipping options, that can also cause issues like this.
