Hi, can a US LLC ran from Lebanon use Shopify payment? It seems like all payment gateways are unavailable for residents of Lebanon. What other payment processing systems be used if Shopify payments is unavailable? Any solutions please?

Do you know if any of these 3rd party gateways will allow Lebanese shopify businesses to pay out to a foreign bank (e.g in the USA)?
They ae lot of payment gateways alternatives that can work for this person, and they using US LLC make it easier for them but do they have a EIN ?

We have a paypal account, but no stripe.
If you have an LLC, why not open a Stripe account through it?
