Hello everyone, I started dropshipping and am currently stuck due to the issue of having the product showing that it is sold out while in the 3rd party app that am using to sell products from show that there is inventory available. Kindly assist on how to get this solved fam. Kind regards

What is the 3rd party app you are using?
May be there is a setting in that app which will do some safe inventory threshold like show out of stock if inventory is less than 10 units.

Hmm.. then it should work properly. can you create staff account for us in your shop with products/inventory permission?. we can have look at the issue.

If you are using CJ dropshipping or a similar 3rd party dropshipping app, you can follow this hack to resolve this issue.
