hello everyone, I am a new store. Clothing and fashion is my hobby and I love it. Wanted to get some solid feedback. More the better. I think it looks decent for a first store. Just need more eyes on it to check it out see if it’s up to par. Hopefully with this coming through I can get my first sale and go up from there!
As user point of view, your store Create a confusion.. specifically user flow.
- you have optimize the home page like( most trending product display, quick offer, product showcase by catagories etc
About the first sales.. true the PPC .. start ads with ( Awareness =>consideration => conversions
Store looks clean for a first build. The product photos are consistent and the layout is easy to scan, which is more than most stores get right on round one.
Few things I’d look at:
The “free shipping on orders over $1” banner reads a bit odd since that’s basically everything. I’d just say “Free shipping on all orders” and keep it simple.
Your collections page dumps everything together. With 30+ products across tees, hoodies, pants, jewelry, and hats, it gets hard to browse. I’d put a few curated sections on the homepage, maybe “New Arrivals” or split by apparel vs accessories. Give people a path instead of a wall.
I didn’t see an About page or anything about who’s behind the brand. For a clothing store especially, people want to know what RITUAL is about before they buy. Even a short paragraph helps.
One more thing, if you’re planning to run any discount codes to get early sales, make sure you set a usage limit and an end date on them. Easy to forget when you’re focused on everything else, and then three months later you’ve got a 20% code floating around that still works.
Good start though. The product range and pricing feel right for the market you’re going for.
Honestly, it looks like a basic dropshipping store right now. The biggest issue isn’t the product but trust and branding.
There’s no strong identity, the product page feel generic, not really pushes someone to complete checkout. I’d focus on improving product description, adding real reviews, banners and making the brand feel more intentional instead of just a collection of items. That alone can make a big difference in conversions.
