I sell a car accessory for around 400 cars and each car model has it’s own listing. I’m trying to set up filters to make it easier for a customer to select their car model. There are four filters: “Car Make”, “Car Model”, “Model Variant” and “Generation”.

For the most part, the filters work perfectly however some values under each of the filters just don’t show up on the website when using the filters. For example, we make our accessory for two models of Dacia, the Dacia Duster and the Dacia Sandero. All of the filters and values work perfectly for the Duster however only the “Car Make” filter works for the Sandero. The “Car Model”, “Model Variant” and “Generation” values for the Sandero do not show up in the filter. (See attached screenshot)

There are also a number of other products where certain filter values are not showing up. There doesn’t seem to be a consistent pattern. For some products it could be one or two values that aren’t showing whilst for others it’s all of them.

The filters were created using the search and discovery app and the Sandero product has all the filter values for each field.
