So far 2 customers (to my knowledge) have had issues accessing the login page and creating an account. I’m not able to reproduce it. I also wasn’t aware that passwords had requirements.. is that something I can change?

Hello pup-passport people,
I’m running into a variety of issues while trying to create an account and login. I tried creating an account. On hitting submit, the page would refresh but I would still be on the “create account” page with no information.
I think eventually I discovered it might be an issue with my password, so I put in a more secure password and after 3-4 tries, I think it eventually worked.
About every other time I select something on your site, I get this page:
–image: There was a problem loading this website
And I am now stuck on the login page. With this error:
–image: Your account couldn’t be accessed because your password is not secure
I did not receive an email for my password, so I hit the “click here” to reset your password. I had to do this a few times and eventually successfully changed my password. I was able to successfully login in once, but then after clicking any other button on the home-bar, I am immediately logged out.
Hope that helps you debug any issues with your site. I will try again tomorrow.

Tried on google chrome desktop and mobile
I have a very fast internet connection
Ad-blocker is disabled.
