Some time take Order ID are wrong like Letters instead of Numbers in Thank you Page

Hi, I am facing an issue in my Shopify store. Sometimes take Order IDs are wrong like Letters instead of Numbers in Thank you Page. Also, This wrong Order id effect the new offer sale offers a discount. (like - SUMMER SALE). Please help me, If anyone knows about this issue solution.

Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community.

In instances of slow order number generations, customers were sometimes faced with a “Thank You” page with no information where it was typically an order number.

In order to make the checkout flow more efficient and reduce confusion and wait times for the customer, a confirmation number will be generated in its place (if needed). Buyers will now see a temporary Confirmation Number on the “Thank You” page after an order is placed. The confirmation number is a randomized, non-sequential alphanumeric serial.
