Hi, I’m just started to open my shop for a few weeks and I have linked my credit card details to my shop and somebody went into my account and spend lots of money on themes and change plan even though I didn’t give anybody the password or email.
If you know is there any way to refund those could you tell me.

The feeling that you get when you see that someone else logged into your account is unbearable, and it somehow, happens to everybody.
As you may probably noticed already, all main industry-leading services providers are already approaching the double-check authentification - is it the correct worng? Perhaps, only the time will tell.
Keeping your account sensitive data personal can always be a challenge at times. You might want to look into your Collaborator Accounts that has access to your store.
For a more accurate response, I’d suggest to raise a ticket to Shopify Customer Support, they should be able to apply account-level edits on your behalf, in case you’ve given the wrong access to the wrong people.
