I woke up to a ton of emails about a shopify account which was set up using my email. I did not take this action, and it seems they had access to my email as they were able to set up 2Fa through a ln authenticator app I don’t have access to. Because of this I can not log in to deactivate the fraudulent account.
I also can’t get ahold of a real person to help me sort this out, and I am beyond frustrated.
