I am trying desperately to get an account closed as someone is using my email address illegally by someone else.
I was on a chat with your customer support for over an hour for the customer support person to just close the conversation. Joined another chat to be told they are working on closing this account and I would hear back over email, this was a week and a half ago and heard nothing.
I’ve since tried to join another live chat but the robot won’t let me get past to speak to an actual person.
Your customer service email also doesn’t work.
So I’ve been forced to set up an account with you on another account to get through to someone.
I keep getting emails from this Shopify store which isn’t mine. I don’t want anything to do with it and am not happy with my details to be used. It’s shocking it’s taking so long and such extreme lengths to actually get in touch with someone. I can only hope this actually gets me answers and get my details stop being used. Failing this I will need to take legal action against this fraudulent activity.
