Hi, tried contacting Shopify directly, but thats not possible, I wonder why?
Anyway I keep getting activation codes being sent to me.
Presumably this is some crook trying to set up an account in my name.
Could anyone here tell me how to contact Shopify directly to block my mobile number and email.

Login tou your account and on another tab open help.shopify.com, bottom right you will see a chat with human widget.
I have had help before from here for a different purpose though, but here they reply fast enough and can atleast give you better details moving forward

To reach Shopify,fy go to help.shopify.com and use their chat and email options. That’s why direct contact felt hard; you usually need a store login.
If you don’t have a store yourself, it might be some mistyping of the email address, not a targeted attack. Support still helps lock it once you reach them.

If you are getting activation codes that you didn’t ask for, someone may have keyed in your email or phone number by accident, or is trying to sign up with those credentials. Don’t share or verify any codes you get.
In addition, for good measure, be sure that your email account and phone number are protected by strong paswords and with two factor authentication if that’s available. You can also see if your email is associated with a Shopify account by visiting the password reset or login page and checking for any account notifications tied to your email. This can help us detect if an account was signed up for under your information.
