I bought something sometime in July from a online store named York (web: www.yorkessentials.com email: essentialshophelp@gmail.com), but it never came due to the store being unavailable after some time, I’m assuming it got taken down or the store owner closed when they got a purchase. I’ve emailed them, as listed above, and never got a repines from them. I check the Wayback Machine (a website that lets users view older versions of specific websites) and my listing was there.
This is very frustrating, alongside the lack of support on this website and having to pay for a store you don’t need just to get live support from I’m assuming an actual person.
Either way, I spent $20-$25 on an item, only for it to say “its being shipped in 5-7 business days” on the Shop App, for 2 MONTHS, and never arrive. I know live at a different location, and it’s pointless for it to get delivered there anyways. I just want a refund somehow. Is this possible?
